SFU Philosopher’s Café – Intergroup Relations in Early BC
From the first contact of Europeans with the First Nation’s Peoples, the formation of Canada, through the Gold Rush, we take a look at the early history of British Columbia in terms of how intergroup relations developed between multi-ethnic peoples and their consequences from our modern-day perspectives. This program is in association with New Westminster Museum’s permanent gallery.
