Organizing a conference or trade show? Anvil Centre’s configurable ballrooms offer ample room for exhibitors, while smaller spaces are ideal for breakout sessions. Stand-up reception-style service makes Anvil Centre ideal for mid-size corporate events.

Our Conference & Tradeshow Services

Included in rental fees for the Anvil Centre’s ballroom and theatre for conferences, tradeshows and meetings:

  • Tables and chairs (classroom style, banquet rounds)
  • Podium and riser
  • Access to house sound system when using preferred audio-visual provider (patch fees apply for use by outside AV provider)
  • Linens for events with catering
  • Standard event housekeeping (post-event cleaning may apply to certain events such consumer shows, festivals)
  • Washroom cleaning during event
  • Day-of-event manager/Duty Manager (for events with catering)
  • Standard building security (additional security fees apply for events with alcohol service)
  • Microphones (theatre only)
  • Conference office or green room (with full ballroom rental only)
  • Technical Supervisor for events in theatre (up to 8 hours included)
  • One standard event set-up/conversion (additional labour may apply to non-standard event requirements or additional furnishing and equipment)
  • Additional staffing fees may apply to events outside of our regular operating hours

We offer a suite of services that are included with your Anvil Centre booking. We also have a full complement of carefully chosen service partners for flowers, photography, music and more.

  • Professional event managers to help plan your wedding day
  • An experienced catering team to assist you with menu selection

  • A menu tasting for two people (supplemental fees apply for additional persons)
