Goal

To raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health and addiction.

To provide a platform for people with lived experience to share their stories and insights.

To promote evidence and abstinence-based approaches to prevention, treatment, and recovery.

To support organizations that are working to eliminate barriers to accessing mental health and addiction services.

To inspire and empower attendees to take action in their own communities.

Vision

A world where everyone has access to effective mental health and addiction support, and where open and honest conversations about these issues are the norm.

Mission

Empower 2 Recover is a mental health and recovery conference that seeks to create a safe and inclusive space for people to learn, connect, and take action. Through our events and initiatives, we aim to reduce stigma and promote abstinence-based approaches to mental health and addiction. Our mission is to empower individuals and communities to take action toward building a more compassionate and supportive society.
